Brown Sugar & Pineapple Ham
Busy families need no-fuss dinners. This savory ham recipe gives you that delicious blend of salty and sweet that you crave and you barely lifted a finger to enjoy it.
- 5-7 lb. Indiana Kitchen ham
- 1/8 cup yellow or Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple and its juice
- Place ham into slow cooker with sliced side down.
- Squirt mustard on top of ham.
- Pat the brown sugar atop the mustard.
- Pour pineapple and its juice on top and down the sides of ham.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
- Remove ham and place on platter.
- Carve, serve—and enjoy!
