Ingredients
- 3 lbs. Indiana Kitchen pork ribs
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tbsp. dried mustard
- 2 tsp. ginger
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cumin
Servings: people
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Mix.
- Rub pork ribs with mixture.
- Wrap pork ribs and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove ribs from refrigerator. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bake ribs in pan for 40-45 minutes or until tender.
- Remove ribs and place them on a baking sheet. Raise oven temperature to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Place ribs back in the oven for 15 minutes. Flip occasionally.
- Cut and serve.
