Avocado BLTs
Ingredients

slices
bread, lightly toasted
(asiago, sourdough, croissant—endless possibilities)

large tomato, sliced
4
lettuce leaves
1/2
sliced almonds
2
tablespoons
mayonnaise
6
slices
Indiana Kitchen bacon, cooked
Instructions
Cook bacon, as desired.
Lightly toast bread, as bacon cooks.
Spread mayonnaise onto bread.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and bacon.
Top with other slice of bread.
