  1. Cut pork shoulder roast into several large pieces, so it better fills the bottom of the slow-cooker.
  2. Add the pieces of pork shoulder to the slow-cooker. Then top with onion, Coca-Cola and your choice of barbecue sauce.
  3. Cook on low for about 6 hours.
  4. Once cooking time has passed, pork should be tender enough to shred with forks. Enjoy.
