Hickory Smoked Boneless Pit Ham
Instructions
  1. Put ham in the roasting pan.
  2. Rub yellow mustard all over the ham
  3. Pack brown sugar onto the ham, (enough to cover) the mustard will help to adhere the sugar to the ham.
  4. Then put the ham in the oven and bake it at 350º for about 3-4 hours.
  5. Add a little pineapple juice to the pan and gently baste the ham with it occasionally while baking.
