  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Weave bacon through skewer and place bacon on paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, spice and salt.
  4. Sprinkle sugar-spice mixture on both sides of bacon.
  5. Place in oven for 25 to 45 minutes, or until desired degree on doneness, flipping bacon halfway through baking time.
