Grilled Indiana Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers
When I was in college, and after an excruciatingly long week of classes, my friends and I would mosey to our favorite local eatery and share a basket of jalapeno poppers. Those were the days! One of my college friends recently emailed me an updated recipe bringing bacon into the mix of cream-cheese deliciousness. Yes, please!

Instructions
  1. Preheat grill for high heat.
  2. Put rubber gloves on to avoid burning fingers and eyes. Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membrane.
  3. Mix cream cheese and pepper jack cheese in bowl. For extra heat, add some of the seeds back in to cheese mixture.
  4. Fill jalapeno halves with the cheese mixture, then wrap with Indiana Kitchen Bacon, and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Place on grill, and cook until bacon is crispy.
