Hawaiian Luau Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 Hawaiian-bread slice cut in half
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 5 thin slices Indiana Kitchen honey-glazed ham
- 2 teaspoons fresh cliantro chopped
- 2 pineapple slices fresh or canned, drained
- 2 thin red-onion slices
