French Onion and Bacon Dip
- 8 slices Indiana Kitchen bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1 container sour cream 12 ounces
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chopped parsley
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and let cook, stirring occasionally until they are caramelized- about 10-15 minutes.
- In a bowl, stir together onions and remaining ingredients until well combined. Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve chilled with chips.
