Ham & Melon Salad
Ingredients
- 1/3 lb Indiana Kitchen ham thinly sliced and cut to bite-sized pieces
- 1 cantaloupe halved and seeded
- 3/4 lb bite-sized mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- salt & pepper to taste

- Use a melon-baller to scoop out melon or cut into bite-sized pieces. Add to bowl along with mozzarella, red pepper flakes, olive oil, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Add ham and basil leaves and stir once more. Enjoy.
