Ingredients
- 4-5 lbs Indiana Kitchen Boston Butt Pork Shoulder
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 bottle (20 oz.) Coca-Cola or similar-tasting brand of soda
- 1 bottle (18 oz.) sweet barbecue sauce

Instructions
- Cut pork shoulder roast into several large pieces, so it better fills the bottom of the slow-cooker.
- Add the pieces of pork shoulder to the slow-cooker. Then top with onion, Coca-Cola and your choice of barbecue sauce.
- Cook on low for about 6 hours.
- Once cooking time has passed, pork should be tender enough to shred with forks. Enjoy.
