Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Indiana Kitchen pork tenderloin
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Season all sides of the Indiana Kitchen pork tenderloin with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large heavy-bottomed skillet, such as cast iron, over high heat.
- Add tenderloin to the skillet (or oven-safe pan) and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Move the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes
- While pork sits, whisk together butter, garlic, onion powder, and parsley
- Pour the garlic butter over the pork.
- Slice pork into 1-inch thick slices and serve.
