Ingredients
- 1 Indiana Kitchen Thick-Cut Ham Steak 2 pounds
- 1 ripe mango medium dice
- 1 avocado medium dice
- 1 small red onion medium dice
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
- 1 habanero chile minced (less or none if not wanting spicy)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- To make summer salsa, combine mango, avocado, red onion, habanero, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Let stand at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Spray cold grate of outdoor grill with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill ham steak until just beginning to brown on outside.
- Serve ham steak topped with the summer salsa.
