Sweet and Spicy Bacon-on-a-Stick
Ingredients
- 1 package Indiana Kitchen thick-cut bacon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. cayenne or ground red pepper
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt
Servings: servings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Weave bacon through skewer and place bacon on paper-lined baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, spice and salt.
- Sprinkle sugar-spice mixture on both sides of bacon.
- Place in oven for 25 to 45 minutes, or until desired degree on doneness, flipping bacon halfway through baking time.
- Enjoy!
