Cobb Salad
Ingredients
- 6 slices Indiana Kitchen bacon cooked and chopped
- 3 cups Indiana Kitchen ham chopped
- 3 cups chicken breast cooked and chopped
- 6 eggs hardboiled, shelled and chopped
- 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
- 3 tomatoes chopped
- 3 avocados pitted and chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbled
- ranch dressing or swap for your preferred salad dressing

Instructions
- Divide shredded lettuce among individual plates to make bed for rest of ingredients.
- Evenly divide and arrange bacon, ham, chicken, eggs, tomatoes, onion, avocado, blue cheese and green onions on top of lettuce.
- Drizzle with your favorite dressing and enjoy.
