In search of a striking centerpiece for your Christmas supper? Look no further! This Holiday Glazed Pork Roast is ready for the role.
When oven is ready, place roast in shallow roasting pan and roast for about 1 hour.
While pork is cooking, combine cornstarch, cinnamon, salt and orange peel in small saucepan. Stir in orange juice, sherry and cranberry sauce. Cook, stirring over medium heat until sauce combines and thickens. Set aside.
After 1 hour, remove pork from oven. Set onion wedges around pork loin in pan and spoon about 1/2 of cranberry sauce over roast and onions. Return to oven for another 30 to 60 minutes or until internal meat temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with remaining cranberry sauce.

Combine flour, sugar, cornmeal, and salt in a large bowl. Cut butter and add until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Add ice water, one tablespoon at a time until pastry is moist enough to hold together. Form dough into a disc and wrap tightly in plastic. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Roll out dough, shaping it into a circle and place on the cookie sheet,
For the filling
In a pan, fry the bacon until crispy. Chop into slices about two inches long.
Sprinkle top of the dough with the sugar.
On the rolled out pastry, spread 3 tablespoons of the goat cheese, leaving about an inch and a half from the edge.
Arrange the bacon on top of the goat cheese.
In a circular formation, start placing the fig discs on top, overlapping if needed.
Fold the edges over the filling, leaving the center open.
In the center, sprinkle the remaining goat cheese.

Mix softened butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Stir in eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda and cornstarch.
Gradually stir in flour a little at a time until combined.
Fold in bacon crumbles and chocolate chips.
Place cookie dough onto an ungreased baking sheet using a tablespoon. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven when cookies begin to golden on the outside.

Loaded with parmesan cheese and Indiana Kitchen bacon, these stuffed mushroom caps are rich in umami flavors. Watch them disappear at your next holiday get-together.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cover rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a pan, fry bacon until crisp. Cut into small pieces.
Mix cream cheese and garlic powder. Stir in bacon and onion.
Place mushrooms on the baking sheet, upside down. Fill each one with the cream cheese mixture.
Bake until the mushrooms are tender, around 25-35 minutes. Top with parmesan and put back in the oven to allow the cheese to melt. Remove from oven serve.

Sprinkle some more green onion, chives or parsley on top to add a pop of color!

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Transfer to paper towels and drain excess grease. Chop into small pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Using a food processor, combine butter with the dry ingredients until it resembles a coarse meal. Add in cheese, chives, and bacon. Mix.
Stir in buttermilk until moistened. Using a measuring cup or ice cream scoop, drop 1/2 cup of batter at a time on to the lined baking sheet, spacing the batter about 2 inches apart so the biscuits have room to expand as they bake.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown. Remove from oven and serve warm.

In a large pot, boil water. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, save 1/2 cup of water and drain.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and parmesan.
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Do not dispose of grease.
Stir in garlic for about one minute, then reduce heat to low.
Quickly add and stir in pasta and egg mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add in spaghetti water one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.

Enjoy a cornucopia of flavors with this delicious fall recipe for Pumpkin Bacon Gnocchi!
Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp. Add sage or basil and garlic. Saute for 1 minute.
Add pumpkin puree to skillet, whisking constantly. Once heated, slowly pour in the milk, while continuing to whisk. Bring to boil then reduce to a simmer.
Once the pot of water is boiling, add gnocchi. Cook until the gnocchi floats to the surface.
Add 1/2 cup parmesan, pepper, and nutmeg into the simmering sauce.
Drain the gnocchi. Toss gnocchi in serving bowl with the sauce. Top with remaining 2 tbsp. parmesan cheese.
